Everyone deserves a space where they can be themselves. Affinity Groups play a vital role in ensuring an inclusive environment where all are valued, included, and empowered to succeed. In this space, we will laugh, contemplate, cry, and emerge more empowered than when we came. We are committed to anti-racist principles, to combating white privilege and challenging systemic oppression by educating ourselves and each other, holding ourselves and others accountable and working to undo systemic racism, which impacts our students, our families, our colleagues, our community and our country.
