Salem Public Schools along with the support of the Salem School Committee raised the substitute teacher rate by $30 a day for both regular day and extended day schools.
Effective Monday, January 24th through June 30, 2022, our daily rates have increased to:
schools with a typical school day will be $130
and the rate will be $150 for schools with an extended day
