Autism Support Program

Our Autism Support Program works with students who have been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. A combination of Special Education Teachers, Behavior Analysts, Paraprofessionals, and related service providers work in coordination to meet the student with Autism's needs either in the general education setting or within a special education classroom setting as determined by the IEP team. Educators are either trained in or receive support in implementing the tenets of Applied Behavioral Analysis to address the student with Autism's needs. Discreet Trial Training, a practice of ABA, is often applied in skill development.

Our Autism Support Program is located within our Early Childhood Center (Pre-K), Witchcraft Elementary School (k-5), Collins Middle School (6-8), and Salem High School.
