The Salem News: Salem Y joins city’s schools in mental health support program

SALEM — The Salem YMCA recently joined the partnership between Salem Public Schools and Massachusetts-based telehealth provider Cartwheel to provide mental health support to students and families through state-licensed clinicians.
The school district has partnered with Cartwheel since 2023, and just recently reached a milestone in the program after referring its 500th student to receive the evidence- based support.
