VIEW GALLERY: Salem High School Early College Scholars Advocate, Celebrate Early College Day at State House

Salem High School’s Early College scholars earned 1,465 college credits during the 2024-25 academic year.
Last Wednesday, SHS Superintendent Dr. Stephen Zrike, Early College Program Coordinator Alexandra Kirby and Early College scholars visited the Massachusetts State House to celebrate Early College Day. In partnership with the Massachusetts Alliance for Early College, SHS scholars advocated for programming and visited with State Representatives Manny Cruz (D-Salem, 7th Essex District) and Sally Kerans (D-Danvers, 13th Essex District) and Senator Joan Lovely (D, 2nd Essex District).
SHS was among a handful of high schools represented at the State House.
