VIEW GALLERY: Operations Institute at Salem Public Schools

In preparation for the 2024-25 school year, Salem Public Schools leadership engaged in Operations Institute 2024 Wednesday, Aug. 21 at the Collins Middle School.
Operations Institute opened with the ‘selfie challenge’ and centralized 13 departments in which each could meet with the other and accomplish necessary tasks prior to the 2024-25 academic year.
The Institute is consistent with the 2023-26 District Strategic Plan, particularly with the core tenets of empowering educators and strengthening the foundation.
