Salem Public Schools is currently considering the reconfiguration of its elementary school portfolio and hosted three public forums to to hear feedback and insight from our families.
Two more forums have been added to the calendar:
Saturday, December 6, 2025 — 1:00 p.m. at Collins Middle School
Committee of the Whole meeting of the School Committee. Committee members will discuss reconfiguration scenarios in relation to our district’s vision, goals, and values. This session will be broadcast via Zoom and available on demand afterward.
Monday, December 8, 2025 — 7:30–8:30 p.m., Online
The Mayor, Superintendent, and project consultants will answer questions submitted by the public. Interpretation will be available in Spanish and Portuguese. Questions can be asked during the webinar or submitted in advance to reconfiguration@salemk12.org.
